5 Essential Health Tips Make You Live Longer

1. Do Exercise Regularly

Of course everybody knows exercise is good for health. However, people are busy working and gradually forgoing the habit of exercise. Exercise doesn’t mean requiring doing intensive physical activities. Increase your physical activities and body movement, it can be jogging, dancing, doing gym, tai chi…anything thing will do. Exercise helps enhance the flow of blood circulation, improve your psychological well-being and stay away from diseases.

2. Avoid Taking Fat Foods

Stay away from the taking oily foods like fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Choose low fat products when you are buying for your dairy needs. Most available in lower fat versions are such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise. Eat more vegetables in your meal.

3.Stop Smoking

Most people know smoking could cause lung cancer. Other than that, it can also cause you many other cancers and illnesses. Smoking reduces your length life. Research shows that smoking reduces life expectancy by seven to eight years. Results also show that increasing number of smokers everyday. The number of people under the age of 70 who die from smoking-related diseases exceeds the total figure for deaths caused by breast cancer, AIDS, traffic accidents and drug addiction.

4. Reduce Stress

We experience pressure from our workplace, environment and people around us. As the stress level becomes too great, it will somehow affect our physical or mental functioning, and it becomes a problem. Don’t force yourself too much, relax your mind. You could release your tension by taking a break doing something you like (E.g: listen to music, watch movie, get a massage, or go out and have a walk) Take a deep breath and count to 10 before you losing your temper and get frustrated.

5. Avoid Excessive Drinking

Taking too much of alcohol drinks could cause you suffer from various form of heart diseases. People who drink often or in large quantities can become addicted to alcohol. Persistent drinking could lead to alcohol abuse.
