Review the Ingredients of Orange

Orange is sweet, sour, and juicy and I love to drink orange juice so much. It’s one of my favorite fruit. Orange is full of with vitamins, it contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin C. Orange is rich of Vitamin C and it plays an important role in protecting our body against harmful diseases.

Vitamin A helps cell reproduction. Besides it also beneficial in our visual and promote bone augmentation, tooth growth, and helps preserve healthy skin.

In addition, Vitamin B5 is crucial for the metabolism as well as the development of hormones. And of course, Vitamin C is the most essential element of all vitamins. It plays an important role as an antioxidant protecting body tissue from damage. Antioxidants help to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals which prevent cancer.

Orange is very beneficial in our health; it can prevent asthma, diabetes, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and fight against prostate cancer.

Learn The Skill of Understanding The Women Body Language.

Reading women body language is a needed feature to learn if you want to tackle a woman. More often than not women come to a decision in the first few minutes on your first impression to her whether you are going to be a potential lover or a lowly friend. Seduce women by knowing what they are thinking.

Most of the communication that goes on between two people is non-verbal. In fact, most of us don't realize it. Body language is referring as using our body and facial movement to send a signal to each other and these signals won’t lie, they show out what the true feeling at the moment is.

Before you want to pick up a girl, is important to read her minds and know what she thinks. And this is a must technique known to man that can actually reveal the truth how a particular woman feels about you. Identify the gestures show by her

1st: Make your first step

If you notice a woman keeps looking at you, before you looking away, remember to give a smile to her. Don’t be stingy with your smile; your smile will make a difference. This will let her know that you are interested with her and she will think you are really a nice guy. This helps you to build a positive impression to her. At the following, approach her and start your very first topic with her and treat her a drink.

2nd: Make an eye contact with her and observe her gesture

Once you make an eye contact with her, watch her reactions after she looks away. If she is shy and become nervous because of you making eye contact, this means that she has interested in or attracted to you. And she will do something that she doesn’t realize it. For example, she will twist her hair, adjust her clothing or jewelry, or grab something nearby her hand and playing with it.

3rd: Create a warm atmosphere between you and her communication

Of course, you must communicate with her in building both of your relationship. If she laughs at just about every minor thing you are trying to say. You might think I’m a joker and funny to her, but in fact you are not. She just likes you so much and this indicates a good sign.

4th: Make an order in a very short time when you dining with her

When you ask her out for a dinner, make your firm decision in ordering meal. Not showing your ambiguous decision in front of her. A quick decision is more important than choosing the perfect type of drinks. By making a decision quickly, this proving her that you are a decisive man who she wouldn’t have to take care of.

5th: Her pupils will show you the truth

Observe her pupils. Her pupils will get bigger while looking at a person she likes, and will shrink while looking at a person she doesn’t like. But as we studied in science, lighting has a significant change on the size of human’s pupils. Take for an instance, if you are in the outside area exposed to the sun light, your pupils may appear to be very small. This is not the most effective way to test her feeling to you but the best way to use when you can see the change in her pupils when she looking at you-from small pupils growing to be bigger.

As picture below shows when her pupil dilates. Her pupil growing bigger.

How to Banish Body Odour

Everybody hates body odour, it kills our social life. Body odour has never been pleasant. We all try to avoid body odour, particularly men. Men are more suspectible to this problem because they sweat more than women.

Body odour is caused by a natural process involving sweat that occurs on the skin's surface. Sweat itself doesn't smell, but when sweat left on the skin and bacteria will grow. These bacterias feed on the sweat cause it contains proteins and fats..

People with sweaty feet and armpits tend to be more prone to odour. Unfortunately, people who suffering from body odour are usually the last to aware.

To fight body odour, hygiene is still the key to prevent it. Bath often, once a day isn’t enough. If you sweat a lot, you may need to shower two or three times a day.
Bath with soap daily, especially your armpits, groin and feet area where hiding many sweat and produce glands. Washing remove sweat and reduce the numbers of bacteria that act upon it. Use anti-bacteria washes such as chlorhexidine, it helps to get rid of bacteria.

Deodorants may work by masking the smell of sweat with fragrance.
It worth trying a few because they have different active ingredients and you may find some work better than others. While antiperspirants reduce the amount of sweat your body produces. Roll-ons tend to be more effective for heavy sweating.

Another effective method is to shave your armpits. Armpit hair provides a great place for sweat to hide and gives the bacteria a lush breeding ground.

Besides, it is extremely important to wash your clothes regularly; particularly clothing that comes into contact with sweaty areas such as socks, underwear and shirts. Don’t wear yesterday clothes; bacteria can survive in damp clothing. Wear fresh clothes. Avoid wearing closed shoes all the time. Wear sandals whenever you can and enable your feet to breathe.

Body odour may also influenced by diet. Avoiding certain foods, such as curry, garlic and strong spices, contain chemicals that may be excreted in the skin.

The Biggest Animal of All

What do you think is the biggest animal in the world?

Elephant? King Kong? Dinosaur? No, The answer is whale.

Whales are warm-blooded animal. They live in the water. They look like fish. They swim like fish. But they aren’t fish at all. The biggest whale of all is the blue whale.

Millions of years ago, their ancestor lived on land. They walked around on four legs and were hairy like other animals. Then, nobody knows exact why, they began living more and more like fish. They lost their hair. And when their bodies became smooth, they could glide through the water easily. Their hind legs disappeared. They grew a thick layer of fat called blubber under their skin to keep themselves warm in the cold seas. With these and a few changes, they get along very nicely in their watery home.

But because whales are not fish, they can’t stay under the water too long, they have to come up for air once in a while, if not they will drown. When they come up, the first thing they do is blow out the breath they have been holding. When their warm breath hits the colder air, it makes a cloud of mist called whale’s spout.

Make Your Time Always Be There.....

Is it 24 hours a day not enough for you? Do you ever think that any of the way to manage your time and manage your daily tasks to get things done?

Yes, the key for success is not easy. The key is not managing the time, but to manage yourself. Why I say so?

What is time management? Time management is simply straight forward defined as managing your personal time in order to make the most out of it.

Yes, time management is important. But it must come parallel with your self discipline.
What do I mean? Let’s say if you have set up your own daily time table and list out what to achieve in a day, but you don’t have the determination to follow and discipline to comply with what you have set in your timetable, you will not going to achieve the result you wish.

People in town are busy, they live in a hustle and bustle city. In day, they work in the office; At night, reading several reports or proposals before they sleep. The only difference is in day, they wear a formal attire and work in the office and at night they wear a pajama and work in home.

Time management is only a basic and simple concept, the key factor is actually depends on your determination to implement.

Here are some ideas or concepts I can share with you:

1st: Accomplish your tasks in a priority sequence

Everyday we have so many thing waiting to be done. But, normally we don’t arrange them in an order and point out what to achieve first and what comes next. Do what you think is important and the less important one come into the final, and you will see a better result in your achievement.

2nd: Techniques of Saving Up Your Time

At the time we doing our works, there always be some interruption disturbing us. These can be a phone call, colleagues looking for you and more......If you got a call in the middle of the way you doing your work, make sure your call is related to your job, don’t pull so far away from your topic area. This can waste your time and sometimes you do not realize it.

In the other way, while listening to your call. You can perform some works such as arranging your documents, check out when is your later appointment, visit some websites or reading the title of news.

3rd: Lock Your time

If there is no any interruption, you can complete your tasks effectively and more efficient and even 5 times faster. You can constrain yourself not to see anybody or not answering any phone call in a specific time. Make it 1 or 2 hours and maybe set it once or twice a week.
And this really works!

In fact, everybody have 24 hours, 1440 minutes in a day. We can’t change it. We can’t control the time, the only way we can do is controlling ourself and setting a time limit in performing each of the task.
