Make Your Time Always Be There.....

Is it 24 hours a day not enough for you? Do you ever think that any of the way to manage your time and manage your daily tasks to get things done?

Yes, the key for success is not easy. The key is not managing the time, but to manage yourself. Why I say so?

What is time management? Time management is simply straight forward defined as managing your personal time in order to make the most out of it.

Yes, time management is important. But it must come parallel with your self discipline.
What do I mean? Let’s say if you have set up your own daily time table and list out what to achieve in a day, but you don’t have the determination to follow and discipline to comply with what you have set in your timetable, you will not going to achieve the result you wish.

People in town are busy, they live in a hustle and bustle city. In day, they work in the office; At night, reading several reports or proposals before they sleep. The only difference is in day, they wear a formal attire and work in the office and at night they wear a pajama and work in home.

Time management is only a basic and simple concept, the key factor is actually depends on your determination to implement.

Here are some ideas or concepts I can share with you:

1st: Accomplish your tasks in a priority sequence

Everyday we have so many thing waiting to be done. But, normally we don’t arrange them in an order and point out what to achieve first and what comes next. Do what you think is important and the less important one come into the final, and you will see a better result in your achievement.

2nd: Techniques of Saving Up Your Time

At the time we doing our works, there always be some interruption disturbing us. These can be a phone call, colleagues looking for you and more......If you got a call in the middle of the way you doing your work, make sure your call is related to your job, don’t pull so far away from your topic area. This can waste your time and sometimes you do not realize it.

In the other way, while listening to your call. You can perform some works such as arranging your documents, check out when is your later appointment, visit some websites or reading the title of news.

3rd: Lock Your time

If there is no any interruption, you can complete your tasks effectively and more efficient and even 5 times faster. You can constrain yourself not to see anybody or not answering any phone call in a specific time. Make it 1 or 2 hours and maybe set it once or twice a week.
And this really works!

In fact, everybody have 24 hours, 1440 minutes in a day. We can’t change it. We can’t control the time, the only way we can do is controlling ourself and setting a time limit in performing each of the task.
