The 40th Tokyo Motor Show 2007

Tokyo Motor Show held in every two years and this year 2007 The 40th Tokyo Motor Show held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba City from 26th October 2007 to 11th November 2007 for 17 days.

As the world is now facing problem issues of global warming, oil production critically getting exhausted, environment pollution. The new concepts and ideas came from the exhibition of 2007 Tokyo Motor Show are mainly to protect the world from environment pollution, saving the consumption of oil fuel, high technology and of course giving the better experience, enjoyment and satisfaction for drivers by creating numerous creative and innovative dream cars for the next generation.

The theme for the year 2007 Tokyo Motor Show is "Catch the News, Touch the Future", giving the excitement and amazing new technology vehicles for people who have long waiting for this exhibition. This event has gathered many dream cars from all over the world.

Nissan Pivo 2





Nissan Pivo 2, look like a ball-shaped electric vehicle. There are some special features of this Nissan Pivo 2 includes the upper part of the round cabin able to twist 360 degrees and 90 degrees of vehicle turning wheels .

Inside the cabin has installed a monkey alike robotic agent which enable to read driver’s emoticons by analyzing the changes of driver’s facial expressions. Besides, it also can study human language. Mazda Taiki









Mazda Taiki gives the idea of future generation for Mazda sport car. The design visually creates the atmosphere of air flowing through a tube. The two-seater concept of sport car comes with the proportion of a front-engine, rear-drive chassis arrangement, with short overhangs and brings a liberating feel of all-glass canopy.



Honda Puyo







Honda Puyo has a weird roomy alike design of outlook as its body is made of soft and elastic silicone with its features of a joystick control, gleaming fluid meter displays and other controls that appeared when the vehicle is started.

It conveys the means of warm and friendly expression to the drivers. This vehicle runs on fuel-cell power so as not to endanger the harmony with CO2-filled drain.

Toyota Hi-CT









The idea of urban vehicle in the future with a boxy body shape design and a rectangular dimension. (131 inches long, 67 inches wide and 70 inches tall). The Hi-CT concept comes with the latest plug in hybrid technology. There is a rechargeable under-floor battery pack from an external power source. The vehicle has a 100 volt power socket and user can power the rechargeable battery while parking on the road.

Toyota 1/X







Toyota 1/X was intended to redefine from its very basic idea of what the means of environmental consideration. The vehicle body is made of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic for superb rigidity and structural safety. It combines fossil fuel consumption-reducing FFV technology and a plug-in hybrid power train with a tiny 500cc gas engine displacement.

Toyota RiN









The bulky-looking of Toyota RiN is tinted by green glass that is held to reduce the penetration of ultraviolet and infrared daylight. Seats are designed to retain a comfortable back posture and there's an oxygen-level conditioner and locate humidifier as well. The concept is to deliver a clean and healthy living focus.

GT-R PROTO





Nissan presents the GT-R PROTO as a vision for the next production model that will be on sale in year 2007 beginning of the month of December. The body shape in general combines in solid and smooth surface. The car developed a staggering 480 horsepower, rpm could reach to 3200-5200 and it only takes 3.5 seconds to complete 100kph.
